Announcements:
All of the Boyle Feinberg, PC attorneys attended the annual AAML Columbus Day seminar. The Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers presents an annual conference attended by over 350 family law attorneys statewide. This year’s program addressed critical changes to family law practice in Illinois. One highlighted topic was the new Illinois Income Shares model for child support. Janet Boyle presented a segment on the tax calculations under the new child support statute. Joy Feinberg and Janet Boyle were part of the CLE committee, which organized this statewide conference.
