Madilyn Keating Ellsworth is impassioned by the relationships she develops with clients, which assist her in providing the strongest representation possible throughout a divorce. She has a long track record of advocating on behalf of children, and recognizes that parents benefit greatly from supportive counsel to ensure they and their children are on the path to stability–despite the instability that divorce can naturally cause.
Madilyn has an extensive background handling dissolution and parentage matters, orders of protection, maintenance and support, disposition of assets and prenuptial agreements. Her background prior to joining Boyle, Feinberg and Sharma includes being a family law and tax clinician, an extern for both the City of Chicago Department of Law and the Illinois General Assembly and having direct involvement in the research and rewriting of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution Act.
Challenged by the many areas of law that family law touches, Madilyn utilizes her vast professional experiences to represent clients who need assistance with tax planning, financial issues, estate planning and jurisdiction issues.
She grew up on the southside of Chicago, and currently lives in the City of Chicago with her husband and young daughter.
