Arin R. Fife, Senior Associate

Arin_Fife_Attorney

Arin Fife is dedicated to helping her clients have a hand in their destiny when it comes to divorce, through developing realistic and attainable expectations during the entire process. She takes a holistic approach as an attorney, by acknowledging the legal, financial and emotional variables her clients are encountering. Her objective is to assist them in achieving a new normal; so that they can move on from the divorce in a stronger position than where they began.

Arin has a robust background in mediation, conflict resolution and business, which she believes drew her to the practice of family law. She works diligently to explain the best and worst possible outcomes relating to her clients’ choices, and counsels them on issues such as parenting time and responsibility, maintenance and child support, in addition to analyzing tax-driven divisions of perks provided through employment and other executive compensation.

Arin takes great pride in empowering her clients when making the decisions necessary to resolve their disputes, which helps to ensure their smooth transition through the complexities of divorce. Arin earned valuable experience as a legal intern for the Chicago-Kent Clinical Law Offices and as a volunteer mediator for the Chicago Center for Conflict Resolution. Prior to joining Boyle Feinberg, P.C., she practiced in the area of family law for two prominent Lake County, Illinois matrimonial law firms.

Arin is married to her husband Darin, and they live in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood.
